  Went to see a GP because I was worried I might have a serious condition. I was referred for tests at the hospital. All very good thus far. However, when I returned to get my test results the GP seemed miffed because all my results were negative, and I was told to come back when my pain was excruciating. Charming! Just cancelled an appointment with the same GP as I don't want to be made to feel like a time/money waster because I occasionally feel concerned about my health. I am 65 and hardly ever feel the need to see the doctor. Also, I do not like being asked by the receptionists what my medical problem is. That is between me and my doctor. April 4th 2017. Went to the doctor yesterday to make an appointment. The receptionist assessed my condition as warranting a phone call; I never received it. When I phoned to find out why, I was told I had been put on the wrong list on the wrong day, and that the duty doctor would phone me back promptly. I never got that call either. Going to have to move. ABYSMAL!!!!!

  All my life i have been with lister house, trying to get a appointnebt is unreal and most of the receptionist have a attitude, its local is the only good point
