  I went to see Mandeep a year ago after suffering a serious back injury whilst playing american football. Having tried some different options a friend recommend visiting him. After an initial meeting to discuss my injury and what sort of treatment I would potentially need Mandeep set a personalised plan to repair and relax the muscles within my back to allow me to return to a more regular life within weeks. The plan that was put together still continues with less frequent visits that focus more on building up muscle strength to prevent a return to my injured state now that I have returned to contact sports. I would highly recommend Mandeep to anyone that is struggling with back issues. Not just for his work but also due to the fact that he will always take the time to chat with you and put you at ease.

  After a car accident (a sideswipe), I had physiotherapy - and was declared to be "resolved". I wasn't. I had pain walking up and down stairs - I could not walk the distances I was used to with my dog etc., etc. Someone in my office mentioned that Mandeep Raju held a clinic in the University and was happy to do free assessments. I went along and Mandeep discovered that my pelvis was completely out of alignment - one leg was shorter than the other - which was news to me and the medics/physios hadn't spotted that at all!! Mandeep then set about treating this damage (which by now was over one year old). I have had weekly treatments and I have now stopped avoiding stairs - and am walking further and further with the dog. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Mandeep - he is brilliant!
